These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Gomnee. By using Gomnee, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Gomnee for a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and manage the information you provide on its behalf.
The service
Gomnee is an invite-only organic-growth workspace. It organizes customer-approved context and connected evidence, supports strategy and planning, and produces reviewable drafts and proposals. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and authorized use
- You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in access secure.
- Connect only websites, Search Console properties, YouTube channels, CMS destinations, and other resources that you are authorized to access and manage.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and for promptly telling Gomnee about suspected unauthorized access.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content and information you provide. You grant Gomnee a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.
Google and YouTube data remain subject to the applicable provider's rights and terms. Gomnee does not claim ownership of connected-service data.
Product decisions remain yours
Gomnee organizes evidence and uses bounded AI to produce reviewable proposals and drafts. AI-generated material may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, making business decisions, and confirming the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of anything you approve or publish. Gomnee does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Connected services
Gomnee connects to third-party services only with your authorization. Those services remain governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside Gomnee's control. By using the YouTube API integration, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Gomnee does not own or operate Google or YouTube.
Acceptable use
You may not use Gomnee to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights, or process content you are not authorized to use;
- bypass provider restrictions, security, access controls, rate limits, or workspace boundaries;
- probe another workspace, extract credentials or nonpublic data, distribute malware, or disrupt the service; or
- resell or copy the service, or reverse engineer it, except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Gomnee's rights
Gomnee and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. If you provide feedback, you permit Gomnee to use it without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly.
Availability and changes
Gomnee may add, change, pause, or discontinue features and may suspend an integration or account when reasonably needed to protect customers, providers, budgets, security, legal compliance, or the service. Where practical, Gomnee will provide notice of a material change affecting active users. No fee will be charged unless separate pricing or an order is presented and accepted.
Ending access
You may stop using Gomnee, disconnect supported integrations through their product controls, or ask support to close your account. Gomnee may suspend or end access for material breach, security risk, legal or provider requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Integration revocation and data deletion follow the Privacy Policy and the product's durable cleanup controls.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Gomnee is provided “as is” and “as available.” Gomnee does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every recommendation or output will be accurate, or that a particular business or search result will be achieved. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gomnee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Changes and contact
Gomnee may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires another form of consent.
